The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has recently published the revised International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions (ISTUE) which came into force on 1 January 2019.  In compliance with the new ISTUE, HKADC has updated its Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) Application Form accordingly.

Athletes who need to apply for a TUE should submit the completed application form with detailed medical report to HKADC as soon as the need arises, or at least 30 days before the approval is required.
