As an ongoing education effort, Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC) has recently published two new education pamphlets on “Result Management – Positive Test” and “The Blood Sampling Procedures” respectively. The first pamphlet, Result Management – Positive Test, attempts to outline the result management process in relation to a positive test and provide information on how athletes can protect their best interests during the process.
The other one on Blood Sampling Procedures, aims at helping athletes to better prepare for a blood test. As previously announced, HKADC will launch its blood testing programme in mid-2012 to further enhance its comprehensive testing programme.
Together with the existing education pamphlets, the complete collection now covers 9 topics that provide important information and tips on anti-doping issues to the local sport community.
