The revised Anti-Doping Rules of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and Hong Kong Anti-Doping Committee (HKADC) were endorsed at the 362nd SF&OC Council Meeting. These revised Anti-Doping Rules, in compliance with the 2015 World Anti-Doping Code, will become effective on 1 January 2015. Some important highlights are as follows:
- The period within which 3 whereabouts failures would constitute an anti-doping rule violation (ADRV) is shortened to 12 months.
- The baseline period of ineligibility to be imposed on first time ADRV is increased to 4 years.
- Athlete support personnel are required to be bound by the anti-doping rules as a condition of participation.

HKADC will continue to put in our best effort to ensure these rules will be successfully implemented in Hong Kong next year.
